Guts Publishing: Cyber Smut, 2020
My first short story, To All the Avatars I’ve Loved Before was selected to be performed at Liars’ League London, and was then published in the Guts anthology. I’m very sorry if anyone reads it expecting smut.
Fiction and Feeling: Better Than IRL, 2020
An essay of mine was selected for inclusion in an upcoming anthology from Fiction & Feeling. “a collection of true stories written by people who fostered connection and sharing on the internet from around 2003 to 2013…[Erica] has written a hilarious account of being unemployed and taking to the internet to find her people: The #Pyjarmy”.
DaCunha Anthology 3:
My personal essay Spilt Honey - an edited excerpt of my book This Party’s Dead – is included in this beautiful collection of DaCunha Literary Magazine’s best work of the year. “Each year, our Editors, Veronica, Lisa and Grey, select a handful of stories from those we've published. Our anthologies include our contest winners, extraordinary fiction, and engaging personal essay.”
The 2014 Bedside Guardian:
My first Guardian column, which I wrote as a trainee (Telling a young person to 'Just get a job' is like going to the Sahara and yelling 'Just rain!') went viral, and was included in the Guardian’s annual anthology. “In our annual collection of the best journalism of the past twelve months, we showcase the range of voices that makes up the Guardian in all its eclectic glory.”
